About Kirklyn Powell

Kirklyn Powell is a Nashville-based real estate entrepreneur, investor, and brand builder focused on creating businesses that generate opportunity, connection, and long-term value. Entrepreneurship has been part of Kirklyn’s life for as long as he can remember. At just five years old, he started his first “business” selling painted rocks, an early glimpse into his natural curiosity for creating something and sharing it with others. That curiosity continued to grow as he got older. By 13, he was working in the hospitality and restaurant industry, learning firsthand the importance of service, leadership, and the systems that make great customer experiences possible. At 16, Kirklyn took a larger step into entrepreneurship by launching a small coffee shop, where he gained early experience in branding, operations, and building a business from the ground up.
At 18, Kirklyn moved to Nashville to pursue a career in real estate, drawn to the city’s entrepreneurial energy, rapid growth, and vibrant hospitality culture. Entering the industry at a young age, he quickly developed a reputation for his forward-thinking mindset and ability to see real estate as more than a transaction. Instead, he approaches the industry through a broader lens, building systems, companies, and partnerships designed to create long-term value for both himself and his clients.
Today, Kirklyn leads multiple ventures across real estate, short-term rentals, hospitality, and professional community. He is the co-owner of Ark Property Group, a Nashville-based real estate team dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with clarity and strategy. Through Ark Property Group, he works closely with clients to identify opportunities that align with both their lifestyle goals and long-term investment strategies. In addition to brokerage, Kirklyn is the founder and co-owner of Elevay & Co, a luxury short-term rental management and hospitality company focused on transforming properties into high-performing hospitality assets through thoughtful design, strategic revenue optimization, and exceptional guest experiences. Elevay & Co offers full-service STR property management alongside his partner, Bill Faeth. He is also the founder of DealHaus, a community designed to connect ambitious real estate professionals across the country who are focused on building strong personal brands, scaling their businesses, and supporting one another through collaboration and accountability.
Across each of his ventures, Kirklyn’s work centers on a simple philosophy: great businesses are built through relationships, intentional systems, and a commitment to long-term vision. He believes that when you take care of your people, your people take care of you. Whether working with investors, homeowners, real estate professionals, or partners, his goal remains the same — to create opportunities that extend far beyond a single transaction.
Outside of business, Kirklyn is a Christian who enjoys serving within his church community and investing time in the relationships that matter most to him. He values meaningful friendships, thoughtful conversations, and building community both inside and outside of business. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him exploring Nashville’s newest restaurants and coffee shops, spending time with friends, or continuing to learn and grow as an entrepreneur while expanding the ventures he’s building.
